Description

BMA7118 and BMA7418 are Automotive Li-ion battery cell controller ICs with a dedicated, high accuracy ADC per voltage measurement channel with high synchronization capability. BMA7418 integrates a DFT required for EIS (Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy). Introducing a product family approach where products are pin compatible and use the same software, you can upgrade to EIS at low cost. BMA7118 and BMA7418 offer low 4mA current consumption due to its integrated DC-to-DC converter. A fully redundant and independent internal architecture achieves ASIL D Functional SafetyTarget applications

 

BMA7118 및 BMA7418은 자동차용 리튬 이온 배터리 셀 컨트롤러 IC로, 전압 측정 채널별로 고정밀 ADC를 내장하고 높은 동기화 기능을 제공합니다. BMA7418은 EIS(전기화학 임피던스 분광법)에 필요한 DFT(디지털 푸리에 변환)를 통합하고 있습니다. 제품 간 핀 호환성과 동일한 소프트웨어 사용을 통해 EIS 기능을 저렴한 비용으로 업그레이드할 수 있습니다. BMA7118 및 BMA7418은 통합 DC-DC 컨버터 덕분에 4mA의 낮은 전류 소모를 자랑합니다. 완전 이중화 및 독립적인 내부 아키텍처를 통해 ASIL D 기능 안전성을 확보했습니다.
